Chloe was absolutely fantastic to work with!! She showed up on time within just a few hours of my call and was able to fit me into her schedule right away. She was incredibly thorough while walking the roof and even took the time to remove debris and vegetation at no charge. What really impressed me was how detailed she was in finding the source of the leak. She went into the attic and discovered a small air gap at the collar vents of the exhaust pipes, which had been causing water to trickle down the old flue pipes and stain the bedroom ceiling. Thanks to her genuine care and sharp eye, I finally understood what was happening. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication truly set her apart—contractors should all strive to be like Chloe. Highly recommend!

Chloe Miranda and the team at FGA Roofing, did an amazing and very professional job, finding leaks and creating a solution. They replaced/restored new undercovering, felt, flashing and new shingles, which perfectly matched our other roof shingles. This was a partial roof placement job. I was impressed with the quality of building materials they provided and they provided excellent customer service. They also did a great job with the takedown and replacement. Thomas Solt was a total professional in the entire process of getting a great new roof on my house. I had worked with several roofing companies over the past year in an effort to get my insurance company to pay for a full roof replacement. Thomas was always helpful in getting the information to the insurance company as requested. Thomas was great at following up with the insurance company and with me and ultimately the result was that we were able to provide the insurance company with the photos and information they needed to approve my full roof replacement. As a salesman, Thomas provided all the information that we needed to make a very informed decision; based on the excellent product (CertainTeed [who was consistently ranked as the number 1 quality provider of architectural shingles]) and the credentials (Select ShingleMaster Roofing Contractor a certification by Certainteed). He even provided a certificate of liability insurance and a certificate of accreditation by the Better Business Bureau. Totally honest and forthright, and all promises made were kept.
